Oskar (Oscar) Hans Antze (24 October 1878 – 23 April 1962〔Gaige, Chess Personalia, p.12, see (Edo Historical Chess Ratings )〕 ) was a German chess player. Antze was the son of a Physician. After his Abitur he had a Medical education on the University of Marburg, the University of Kiel and the Humboldt University of Berlin. He got a Doctorate (Dr. med.). From 1900 till 1962 he has a Doctor's office in Bremen.
